Introduction to Methods and Technologies for Precision Agriculture

Summer School | Italian Society of Agronomy
June 23–27, 2025 | Legnaro (Agripolis Campus)

The Department of Agronomy, Food, Natural resources, Animals and Environment (DAFNAE) will host the summer school Introduction to Methods and Technologies for Precision Agriculture, organized by the Italian Society of Agronomy (SIA) and conducted in collaboration with the University of Tuscia.
The course is held under the patronage of Agritech – National Centre for Agricultural Technologies (Centro Nazionale per le Tecnologie dell’Agricoltura).

It is designed for students, PhD candidates, and researchers interested in advanced methods and technologies for site-specific agricultural management.

Location and Duration

The course will take place at the Experimental Farm of the University of Padova (Viale dell’Università, 4 – Legnaro) from June 23 to 27, 2025. Each day includes both morning (9:00–13:00) and afternoon (15:00–18:30) sessions with lectures and practical demonstrations.
